The Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke Aluminum Radiator is constructed from high-quality aircraft-grade aluminum with a 100% brazed aluminum core TIB-welded to aluminum end tanks for superior durability and longevity that will keep your Powerstroke on the road and out of the shop. The 6.4L Powerstroke has a much different mounting design than it's predecessors with two side mounting pegs which attach the radiator to the upper support. On the factory radiator, solid side mounting pegs transfer force from the truck directly to the radiator, causing failures. The engineers at Mishimoto designed rubber mounting pegs, specifically for this truck, to reduce the flex force aimed at the radiator end tanks. The Mishimoto Ford 6.4L Powerstroke Aluminum Radiator retains factory fitment for an easy installation process and includes a magnetic drain plug to catch any debris in your cooling system.
